I came to Albania in 2020 with the intention to help children with autism on a volunteer basis, using my own financial means , the result of hard work as an immigrant in the USA , big experience working with disabled kids and my own system, which I published in academic journals and books.Unfortunately the only person who was attracted by my intentions was а real estate agent and a lawyer Alvaro Dalipi, who sold me unfit half legal property. In an age of retirement I became homeless and without money I have been working for many years. Then the Municipality cut part of the land without any documentation and did their project involving my property for 1,5 years, so I could not even sell it. They refuse to refund the money. I offered to use that property somehow to help autistic kids, but got no response from authorities.
